(Yahoo!) - Ron Burgundy is back and better than ever! The cast of "Anchorman" recently gave an impromptu performance of the hit song "Afternoon Delight" for some lucky fans in Australia. Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, andDavid Koechner sang the love song a capella during the Sydney premiere of "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues." But they aren't the only ones getting in to some hilarious antics. Ron Burgundy himself is popping up all over the place!

Canada's TSN recently announced that Will Ferrell, who plays the funny fictional Ron Burgundy in the big-screen flick "Anchorman," will help cover the "Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings" for the network in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Sunday. The curling competition will determine which team will represent Canada at the Sochi2014 Winter Olympic Games, and let's just say the competition is going to be legendary! Not surprisingly, ticket sales have already spiked following the announcement, but that's not all the famous San Diego newsman is up to.

The character also has a new Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor in his honor called Scotchy, Scotch, Scotch; is the face of a new Jockey underwear ad (hopefully he's keeping it classy); recently had an autobiography published called "Let Me Off at the Top"; and even has inspired a new mobile game called Scotchy, Scotch, Toss.

But perhaps the coolest accolade of all? Boston's Emerson College is actually changing the name of its journalism school to the Ron Burgundy School of Communication on December 4. Now that's what we call a total WHAMMY!
