Host a Big Game Party and help the Kids at St. Jude

This Sunday, February 7, marks the 50th anniversary of the National Football League's biggest day and you can make a difference in the lives of children fighting cancer by hosting a St. Jude Game Day. Give Back. party.

If you are hosting a Big Game party this weekend, consider joining Omega Psi Phi Fraternity's effort to raise funds for the kids of St. Jude.  Click HERE to get started setting up your fundraising page.  St. Jude will reward the top fundraising parties with some great prizes.

The NFL has partnered with St. Jude through its NFL PLAY 60 program since 2012 which helps patients and families cope with serious illnesses through programs such as play therapy and peer interaction.

The mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.  Consistent with founder Danny Thomas' mission that no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.  Since the hospital opened its doors 50 years ago, the childhood cancer survival rate has gone from 20% to more than 80%.
