Drive-by Shooting Roanoke: Two Shot

ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) - Roanoke Police are looking for a vehicle they say may be connected to a drive-by shooting Wednesday afternoon.

Police responded to a shots fired call near the intersection of Cove Road and Lafayette Blvd. just before 2 p.m.

Officials say witnesses told the officer there was a vehicle parked in a lot when a silver SUV with several people inside traveling north began shooting at the parked car.

Other responding officers found the vehicle that was shot in the 2700 block of Shenandoah Avenue. They found two men with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

Police say the men were taken to the hospital for treatment.
