Appomattox man charged with exposing himself at local stores

An Appomattox man has been charged with exposing himself at local stores in Lynchburg.

The Lynchburg Police Department said Christopher Stephen Goin, 37, was arrested on Friday, April 27, 2018 on two counts of indecent exposure, one count of possession of methamphetamine, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said he first exposed himself at River Ridge Mall on Monday, March 26 and then again at the Target on Wards Road Friday, April 27.

They said additional charges are pending.

The investigation is ongoing.
