According to the Amy Whittaker, Public Information Officer for Roanoke County, next of kin notifications have not been completed, so the names of the victims will not yet be released.
No arrests have been made and police continue to work leads. K-9 teams from area departments have been assisting the County with area searches for evidence.

June 12, 2018 - Roanoke County Police officials say they received a call from a concerned father stating that he had not been able to locate his daughter and he ha been searching for her.
According to police, the father located his daughter's vehicle, which had crashed down an embankment nearby on Honeysuckle Road, but there was no one around it.
The father then contacted the police department to report his daughter missing.
Police began their investigation around 1:00 a.m. today. Officers went to the house on Bent Mountain Road. When they entered the residence on a well-being check, they found the three bodies.
Officers say they are unsure how the crash ties to the murders.
