Police: 2 arrested after endangered Radford baby is found safe

July 11, 2018 - Police found 5-day-old Tatiana Bosier safe in Pulaski yesterday evening with Andy Bosier. 

Police arrested two people in connection with this incident. 

Andy A. Bozier, 41 of High Point, North Carolina, is charged with child abuse and neglect.  Samantha M. Cochran, 25, of Radford, is charged with child abuse, neglect and obstruction of justice.  Both are being held in the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond. 


ORIGINAL STORY:

The Radford City Police Department said it's looking for an endangered child.

Tatiana Bosier is just five days old, seven pounds, with lots of dark hair.

 Police believe she is traveling with Andy Bosier in a 2003 Four Dodge Beige Honda Accord with Virginia license plate XHP-7234.

Bosier is wanted on felony child neglect charges.
