A mother charged after the death of her 1-month-old son will go to trial.
A grand jury in Amherst County found that there is enough probable cause of child endangerment in the case of Maegan Collier.
She is being charged with involuntary manslaughter and two counts of felony child endangerment.
Arrest warrants from the Amherst Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court show that Collier "refused to provide necessary care" and "showed reckless disregard for human life" in the death of her son.
