BEDFORD Co., Va. (WSET) -- A Bedford man has been arrested after a complaint from Bedford County Child Protective Services in reference to a possible sexual abuse case in May.
The sheriff's office said an investigator for the department and an investigator with CPS interviewed the possible victim on May 25.
On Wednesday, August 29 Adam Davis, 35, was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and three counts of custodial sexual abuse.
He's being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail under no bond.
