The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for the firearms industry, have announced a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the burglary at Black Dog Sporting Goods.
The ATF and NSSF are each offering a reward of up to $2,500, for a total reward of $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
Investigators said deputies responded to the sporting goods store on Burnbridge Road around 12:27 a.m. Friday, August 24 for a burglar alarm.
Deputies first on the scene found the front door had been damaged and opened.
The owner of the business then got to the scene and reported that three firearms were missing.
Security footage showed four male suspects, wearing hooded sweatshirts, entering the building.
