Virginia State Police are investigating after a man was hit and killed by a train in Concord.
According to police, the man was sitting in the middle of the train tracks near the Plum Branch Road railroad crossing as a Norfolk-Southern train was approaching.
The train engineer repeatedly blew the horn at the man, but he refused to move.
The train couldn't stop in time and hit the man, who died at the seen.
