The people of London will get to experience the joys of ABBA in a restaurant that is set to open next year. The experience is the brainchild of Björn Ulvaeus, one of the original members of the band.
He describes it as an “immersive theatrical dining experience”. The show’s website says: "Spend a magical summer evening with friends in a special Greek island taverna, where the host’s only rules are dance, dine and have the time of your lives!
The taverna will be housed inside a specially adapted venue at the O2 in London and will be able to host up to 500 people. And it will look the part too, with long tables, a courtyard, olive trees and a fountain. Tickets will go on sale in the fall.
There's an ABBA-themed restaurant. We repeat. AN ABBA-THEMED RESTAURANT! We'll be right back... just booking a table!🍴🎶 https://t.co/NFEkfIPnri— Magic Radio – More of the Songs You Love 🎶 (@magicfm) September 4, 2018
