Roanoke County Police Make Arrest in Armed Robbery

Detectives with the Roanoke County Police Department have arrested Ronnie Nathan Fox, 38, of Roanoke County, on charges related to the August 15, 2018, armed robbery at King Tobacco Store. 

Fox was located in Roanoke county and taken into custody on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. 


On Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at approximately 9:50 p.m., Roanoke County Police officers responded to King Tobacco Store in the 6000 block of Williamson Road in reference to a robbery.

Information was received that a white male entered the store wearing a reflective construction‐style jacket, blue jeans, black shirt, and a ball cap with a Chevrolet logo. The suspect displayed a firearm and demanded money from the clerk.The suspect fled the scene in a dark colored vehicle with an undisclosed amount of U.S.currency.

Roanoke County Police seek the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
