Bedford: Judge Denies Motion to Supress Evidence in MS-13 Murder Case

posted by Caroline Cook -

Yesterday one of five alleged MS-13 gang members, charged with killing 17-year-old Raymond Wood, was in court for a second motions hearing.

A judge listened to two motions to suppress evidence in the case against Victor Rodas.  He made rulings on four, the two others were from a hearing on August 28, 2018.

Between both hearings, the judge watched evidence of the traffic stop on March 27, when deputies from the Bedford County Sheriff's office pulled over Victor Rodas.  The judge said law enforcement had enough probably cause to make the traffic stop.
