BREAKING: Roanoke County Declares State of Emergency

As of Saturday morning, there were no weather-related emergencies across Roanoke County.

Tropical Storm Florence is moving closer toward Virginia and that could mean several regions have a high likelihood of major flash flooding Sunday and Monday.

Additional rainfall could impact Roanoke County's more common areas prone to flooding.
