Woodstock police have reported that they got a report of a conterfeit $100 bill someone found on October 2nd that was in fact a Chinese training note designed to look like US currency.
The notes are designed to train bank tellers in China on handling U.S. currency and can be bought online for as low as $3 for a stack of 20.
