Sixth Arrest Made in Connection to Lynchburg Teen's "Brutal" Murder

Nearly two years after his brutal murder, a sixth man has been charged in connection to the death of 17-year-old Raymond Wood.

Juan Martin Hernandez, 24, of Albemarle, has been indicted by a Bedford County grand jury on one count of gang participation and two counts of felony accessory after the fact: one after the fact of capital murder and one after the fact of abduction for pecuniary benefit.

Hernandez was arrested Friday and is being held in the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond, according to Bedford County Commonwealth's Attorney Wes Nance.
