The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is investigating a skimming operation at National Bank.
They said the bank is dealing with multiple fraudulent withdrawals on debit card accounts form Radford to Johnson City, TN.
According to the bank, there is a possibility that a skimmer was placed on a NBB ATM, but the location is unknown.
They said, however, skimming devices can be anywhere you use a credit of debit card.
The suspects have been blacking out the camera lens with a sharpie or using duct tape.
According to the sheriff's office, the suspects may be using a midsize, black SUV.
